Warranty and Returns

All products sold by Travel Plugs come with a money-back guarantee.

We want our customers to feel safe and happy when making a purchase with us, knowing their rights before and after purchase.

 

Faulty Items

Most of the time we’ll just send out a replacement free of charge, without requiring the original back. It’s that simple.

Contact us within 12 months of your purchase and we will get the ball rolling!

However should you desire a refund of your purchase due to a faulty product, then please contact us and we will either request a return of the product before refund, or refund you on the spot.

Please note that any items bearing physical damage may not be accepted as faulty.

 

Change of mind

Generally any item still within its original package and deemed to be in a resalable condition can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. If the product packaging has been opened then we may consider it to no longer be in brand new condition. We reserve our right to refuse a return or refund on any item found to be in a un-resalable condition and/or with missing parts or packaging.
