How much is shipping?
We ship practically everything at no cost to you! That’s right, FREE.
There may be the odd occasion where shipping charges apply. These normally fall into 2 categories:
- The postcode is in an Australia territory, i.e not on the mainland or Tasmania.
- The item is very large and it is not feasible for us to absorb the delivery cost
In any of these 2 occasions, you will be made aware at point of purchase.
Other than that, all items are currently free to ship.
Generally we only use Australia Post for our deliveries.
Items sent by Australia Post are traceable and may require a signature.
We will email you your tracking numbers and website when the items are dispatched.
Failed deliveries and return to sender fees due to customer’s errors are charged at $10 flat fee. We recommend you track your parcel for its journey to you
Please note that the estimated time of delivery is an estimate only. Delivery times may vary depending on your postcode and courier/post delivery schedules. Delivery to most parts of Australia is estimated to be 1 to 10 working days. Orders are dispatched from Sydney.
All orders are subject to stock availability and this availability is visible on the product page.
Shipping fees are based on postcodes, volume or weight of the parcels, unless otherwise stated.
Investigations into lost or damaged parcels in transit can take up to 3 weeks to complete. You will be informed every step of the way. Items without insurance will not be covered in the event of loss or damage in transit. We highly recommend you choose insurance coverage.
Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for estimated delivery times and will not be held liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of contracts, loss of data or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise due to delivery issues.
